Every Custom Boutique Wine Tour is different, but your day could look something like this:
10:00 AM – Ferry from Auckland to Waiheke
Begin with the scenic journey across the Hauraki Gulf. Ferry tickets are not included, giving you the flexibility to choose the ferry service and sailing that works best for you.
Already staying on Waiheke? Even easier! We can arrange collection directly from your accommodation.
11:00 AM – First Boutique Vineyard | Wine Tasting
Meet your private guide and begin with your first hosted tasting at one of your selected Waiheke vineyards.
12:00 PM – Second Vineyard | Wine Tasting
Continue through Waiheke’s beautiful wine country to your second hand-picked cellar door, experiencing a different producer and expression of the island’s wines.
1:00 PM – Lunch
Slow things down with lunch at one of Waiheke’s beautiful vineyard or coastal restaurants.
Lunch is not included in the standard tour price, so you’re free to choose from the menu and pay directly at the venue. Alternatively, talk to us about upgrading to a package with lunch included.
We’ll take care of the reservation for you.
2:30 PM – Third Boutique Vineyard | Wine Tasting
Finish with your third hosted tasting before enjoying a scenic drive back through the island.
4:00 PM – Drop-Off
We can return you to Matiatia Ferry Terminal, Kennedy Point or your Waiheke accommodation.

Prices start from NZD $190 per person, with the final rate depending on your group size and any additional experiences you choose to include.
The standard five-hour experience includes three hosted wine tastings.
Absolutely. Send us your top five choices, and we’ll create the best possible itinerary using three of them based on availability, location and timing.
Waiheke cellar doors can be particularly busy during summer and weekends. Having five preferences gives us the flexibility to secure three excellent venues while creating an itinerary that flows naturally across the island.
Lunch is not included in the standard tour price. We can make a reservation at your preferred restaurant, where you can order and pay directly, or create an upgraded package with lunch included.
No. Ferry tickets are not included in the standard package, giving you flexibility over how and when you travel to Waiheke.
Yes. If you’re staying on Waiheke, we can arrange collection and return directly from your accommodation. We can also arrange pick-up from Matiatia Ferry Terminal or Kennedy Point.
Yes. That’s one of the advantages of going private. Depending on availability, we can incorporate experiences such as craft beer, whisky, spirits or olive oil tastings.
Yes. Let us know about dietary requirements when booking, and we’ll communicate them to the relevant lunch venue. Individual venues may have their own limitations.
Of course. We can finish your tour at a vineyard, restaurant, Oneroa Village or another agreed Waiheke location if you’d like to continue exploring independently.
