Your Waiheke hens day will depend on the package you choose, but a typical wine-focused celebration might look like this:
Morning – Welcome to Waiheke
Meet your local guide at Matiatia Ferry Terminal and get the celebration started as we head to your first destination.
Late Morning – First Vineyard
Start with your first Waiheke wine tasting, surrounded by beautiful vineyard and coastal scenery.
Midday – Second Vineyard & Lunch
Continue to another handpicked vineyard before settling in for lunch. Depending on your chosen package, lunch may be included or purchased separately.
Afternoon – Third Experience
Keep the celebration going with another vineyard tasting or, depending on your package, switch things up with gin, cocktails, food pairings or another Waiheke experience.
Late Afternoon – Finish Your Way
Return to Matiatia Ferry Terminal or continue your celebration on Waiheke.

Our standard hens packages require a minimum of six guests. If you have a different group size, contact our team and we can discuss the best options for your celebration.
Yes. We regularly work with group celebrations and can accommodate larger parties depending on vehicle and venue availability. Special pricing is available for groups of 20 or more on selected packages.
Absolutely. You can choose one of our existing packages or work with us to create your own Waiheke hens experience. Options include wine, gin, beer, whisky and olive oil tastings, Oneroa shopping, lunch packages, adventure activities, beach experiences and more.
It depends on the package you choose. Vino Before Vows, Livin La Vida Bride and Goddess Getaway include lunch, while lunch with On Cloud Wine is at your own cost.
Yes. Most dietary requirements can be accommodated with advance notice. Please provide dietary requirements and allergies for your group before the tour so we can coordinate with the venues.
Yes, and we encourage it! Our tour vehicles have quality sound systems, so get the hens playlist ready.

Alcohol consumption in our vehicles is not permitted. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to enjoy wine and other beverages at the licensed venues included in your experience.
Ferry inclusions depend on the package booked. Our team will confirm your ferry arrangements when organising your hens experience.
Definitely. Your day can include experiences such as gin, beer, spirits, whisky or olive oil tastings, shopping in Oneroa, ziplining and native forest walks, archery, laser claybird shooting, barefoot bowling, garden and sculpture experiences or a beach escape treasure hunt.
We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for larger groups and peak summer weekends. Vineyard, restaurant, activity and vehicle availability can become limited on popular dates.
